Marvelous Macarons @ Mix It Up Kitchen

Do you ever marvel at those beautiful French macarons found in fancy bakeries? These delicious Parisian sandwich cookies are remarkably simple once you learn the science and technique behind them. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to make meringue batter with techniques such as ribboning, piping, resting and baking. We’ll make 3 delicious fillings: salted caramel buttercream, chocolate ganache and strawberries and cream.

Please note: this class is not appropriate for people with tree nut and peanut allergies. This class is for children ages 11+. Class size limited.
