Owned and operated by the Ferraresi family and with a shop on Cape Cod since 2009, Gustare Oils & Vinegars are curated high quality oils, vinegars, and gourmet food items, many of them made locally. Catherine and Dave Ferraresi wanted to bring home the artisanal flavors they enjoyed when living in Europe for over a decade and share them with their new community. Those dreams and desires helped them create a unique shop for locals and Cape Cod visitors.
