Cheese Making Demo

Mozzarella cheese

Attention Cheese lovers: Linda Davey of www.timewellspnt.com will lead us through the fascinating world of curds and whey. We’ll gather around the table, dig in, and learn how to make:

  • Paneer: a sliceable cheese used often used in Indian cooking
  • Ricotta: a soft spreadable Italian cheese, easy to flavor
  • Fresh Mozzarella: 30-minute version of the stretchy southern Italian style cheese

And just as your stomach starts to rumble, will take our freshly made cheese, dress it up with sauces and spreads, and enjoy.

Space is limited. RSVP here (eventbrite) to save your spot.

There is no charge for the event, however, we do have expenses and ask for you to chip in at the door – if you can. $0 to $20.
