When you combine a professional restaurant couple, who are as passionate about their community as they are about their food, with the desire to create a fun place for the neighborhood to come together, the result is The Corner Stop. This rustic and refined restaurant situated on the corner where Hingham, Hull, and Cohasset meet, caters to the area’s needs tastefully, while also being environmentally conscientious. The Corner Stop not only hosts charity events and sources locally whenever possible, but the proprietors even drive their food scraps to a local farm to be composted.

The seasonally driven menu boasts something for everyone—from simple to refined palettes. Inventive chef Sam Cabral-Curtis cooks with bold, yet balanced flavors. This is evident in dishes such as his decadent tomato soup with aged-cheddar toast, and seared sesame-crusted tuna with crispy soba noodles. This eatery and bar, with its warm hospitality and beautiful but relaxed atmosphere, is as fitting for a couple going out for a bite to eat, as it is for a group of friends getting together for a celebration. Owners Ron and Rudy Vale set out to create a comfortable, neighborhood- gathering place, and have succeeded deliciously.
