Fill a pitcher with ice, and pour over 3 ounces each of:
• Triple sec
• Freshly squeezed lime juice
Stir well to chill, then add:
• 1 12-ounce bottle Simpson Spring Cream Soda Serve in iced tumblers, garnished with thinly sliced lime.
Makes a leisurely cocktail hour’s worth of drinks for 4 adults with no heavy machinery to run.
Note: For very best results, start a few hours ahead. Combine booze and juice in a large jar and chill until very cold, then proceed with the rest when your guests show up. These go down pretty easy considering the ingredient list; a bit of a warning to the unsuspecting would not be amiss.
