Green Drink

• 2 cups spinach (organic preferred—this applies to all ingredients for this recipe)
• 3 romaine leaves
• 2 cucumbers, skin on
• 3 stalks celery
• 1 green apple, cored, peel on
• 1 lemon, peeled but some pith is fine (optional)

Wash all ingredients well. Add to juicer one at a time.

Serves 6.
